Everybody wants to be happy, but very few know the secret of cracking happiness. I will show you the 12 keys which will help you to achieve this goal. Today let’s meet the first five keys.

If you want happiness for a lifetime — help someone else.”

Happiness comes from inside. You need to feel it. Therefore, the keys I will describe, concern your fundamental aspects of life, the things which you can control because it is you who decides what to do with them.
12 Keys to Crack the Code of Happiness
You can use one of these keys at once because it may take the time to learn how to use the key properly. You also need to get to handle the truth you will discover. And you also need do decide what to do plus take action to turn your life into happiness.
1. Meet Your Values
Do you know what is important for you? What is the thing you would die for? Or something which you dread and want to avoid for every sake? If not, you need to use the first key to happiness. There are two kinds of values:
The Move – Towards Values
These are the values which you follow, the things which are important for you. For example, your job, your family, your health or your wealth. Take your diary and list five things which are important for you now. Then number them starting from the most significant. You can also define which value is so important that you could die for it.
The Move-Away Values
These are the values you avoid, things which you dislike and which cause discomfort. Let give me some examples: pain, humiliation, criticism, loneliness, failure (whichever it means), illness, poverty. Again, list five things which have value for you avoided. Then number them starting from the most important and also mark these values which you want to avoid, sacrificing lots in your life
2. Meet Your Life Path
Do you know where you are going in your life? Your life direction? If not, time has come to use the second key to crack your happiness. Think of all the things you are doing now. Which follow the same pattern? For example, you were good at Maths at school. Then you studied this subject and even have become a PhD. Next, you started teaching Maths at school. In this case maths is your direction. The same may apply to the kind of relationships you have had with the opposite sex. It is visible in case of abusive relationships, when the victim always chooses the same kind of partners.
3. Create a Compelling Life Mission
Do you know why you are in this world? Firstly, define the roles you do in your life. For example, you can be a doctor, a father/mother, a child of your parents, a husband/wife, a boss or a CEO. Take your diary and define your roles. Then think what you love doing and what you want to contribute to the world.

The fourth key teaches you to focus on the things which you have and make the most of those you don’t. No one has everything in life. When you focus on gratitude, you start noticing all your blessings. Ans according to the Law of Focus, then you see the things which you have.
Think again about what you still have, while there are people who lack this. If you can see, walk, speak, hear, then even if you have a long-term illness or your mother died early, you still have much to offer to the world. 4. Take Your Life in Your Hands
Does it sound familiar to you: “ It’s too difficult, I’m too young, too old, I don’t have money, friends, skills?” I will tell you; they are all excuses which sop you from taking action. Then you do not care about your happiness and live on other people’s terms.
However, to be truly happy, you need to take your life in your hands. In other words, you have to take responsibility – for your thoughts, beliefs, habits, actions and the way you express your emotions. I know it might not sound natural, but this is the only way to become a happy person.
Take action now. Right now, since today, decide that you will stop all the excuses, blaming and complaining and instead you will take a massive action to work on your happiness. Good luck.
5. Transform Your Beliefs
